Basically Frank Castle is dropped into Gotham with nothing but the clothes on his back. His mission is to basically assassinate Batman through whatever means possible. Frank gets one month to do it. Batman doesnt know that Frank is in Gotham. No outside interference from any other Gotham heroes or DC heroes or JLA tech, Batman is the only hero in town.
